Demo Launch + Future


Let's start this game off with a development log, a little backstory.

Labyrinth is a game that started as a school project, and quickly became my favorite project of mine when I started adding in item functionality, weapons, enemies, and procedural generation. During these 9 months of development, I learned a lot about the Unity game engine, and I learned a lot about what in a game makes it feel good.

Alongside with the launch of the demo, I set up a bandcamp account to host the games official soundtrack, and I set up a patreon along with it!  Both of which you can find the games description. I would have set up a kickstarter, but I decided against it for now. That will come at a later date when I prepare myself a little more.

The overall future of this project will be influenced greatly by the amount of income I receive through this whole process. If no one is supporting me, I won't be able to keep going with this. I'll still try to work on it, but it'll be a much much slower process, and I guarantee the final product will not be as great.
